Merry Morningside ⛄️
On Saturday, December 13, 2025, ELLC was buzzing with holiday spirit as we hosted the Gingerbread Craft activity for Merry Morningside. From 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm, the social hall was transformed into a festive workshop where neighborhood children gathered to "build" a gingerbread house, sample some Christmas cookies, and select a book to take home. The children also had a chance to ring the church bell!
Merry Morningside, hosted annually by the Morningside Area Community Council (MACC), also included caroling on Jancey Street, a scavenger hunt through the neighborhood, and a week-long holiday lighting contest.
